38,200 SF Expansion of Printing Facility. The new addition features a fully air conditioned printing facility with plant support rooms and 42 new parking spaces. It contains 12“ slab floors for the new Four Color WEB printing press. Construction completed December, 2001.

Remodel Flooring Showroom. Virginia Tile Company is a ceramic tile, marble, granite, slate and glass flooring showroom. This remodeling project featuring intricate drywall applications and specialty track lighting. Completed June, 2003.
Screw Industries - 17,700 SF
This addition was designed for maximum racking storage. Screws Industries is a specialty screw manufacturing plant. Construction completed August, 1998.
Kinney Electric – 17,500 SF
Timber Creek – 45,100 SF
The Kinney Electric and Timber Creek expansion projects were done simultaneously on two Elgin sites for the same owner. Kinney expansion included two 70‘ bays and 15
ton overhead cranes. Kinney manufactures electrical switchgear and Timber Creek is their distribution warehouse. Both were completed November, 2000.
