The Abbate plant has specialized exhaust, air conditioning, overhead cranes and buss duct. They manufacture specialty components using screw machines. Construction completed June, 1999.
Big Bolt Corporation - 131,700 SF
Big Bolt was built in 1996, and in 2000 KLN completed a 27,300 SF office/warehouse expansion. The facility is designed to support heavy floor loads and racking. Big Bolt has over 100 automatic screw machines and manufactures and distributes large specialty bolts for the heavy equipment industry.
C & F Machine Corporation - 29,800 SF
C&F has 22,000 SF of production area, 5,700 SF two-story offices, and 2,100 SF storage mezzanine. The facility includes two 5-ton bridge cranes and is fully air-conditioned. Their machinery performs complex laser prototypes of steel and plastic. Construction completed November, 1996.
Spectra-Tech - 30,100 SF
Spectra-Tech does creep-feed grinding of close tolerance parts which are used in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical, and tool & die industries. This facility has special air handling equipment designed to provide a clean air environment. Construction completed March, 1998.
