EKD is a laminate countertop manufacturer and distributor to retail centers. Their new facility features offices, laminate showroom with will-call pickup counter, rack storage, loading docks, processing room and separate
explosion-proof glue storage room. Construction completed May, 2007.
Murnane Specialties, Inc. - 68,000 SF
This production facility has overhead cranes and is 100% air conditioned with electric distribution for their equipment. This new facility produces specialty paper for brand name chocolate and candy manufacturers. Construction completed November, 1998 and addition completed October, 2007.
Delta-Unibus Corporation - 100,000 SF
Delta-Unibus designs and manufactures electrical components; switches, meters and bus ducts for the world’s leading power-generation manufacturers including refineries, public and private utilities, paper mills, offshore platforms and transportation companies. Construction completed May, 2002.
Yeomans Chicago Corp. - 104,000 SF
Yeomans Chicago manufactures large volume pumps for water treatment facilities. They design stainless steel submersible motors and pumps for municipal sewage, industrial waste, and nuclear power plants. The facility includes a 20’ x 100’ x 20’ deep waterproof test pit and special equipment foundations. Construction completed August, 1999.
